Yes, Tough Guy I think I read it somewhere.  She begs on the street and the tattoo help her rake in big bucks!  Hahaha RageD that is funny....but I bet it looks very real in life too.  I wonder if people call ambulances for her on a regular basis after seeing her sitting or lying on the street.

I guess it is kinda sad-funny, the girl got this tattoo on her face so she could look like she had been run-over so she could make more money on the street begging.
