Every summer in Montreal is the Just for Laughs comedy festival.  Several years ago they started a TV show which is very candid-camera like and they tape these gags in the Montreal-area throughout the year.  Sometimes the gags are pretty funny.  Here are a few video clips ...

Sure, here are a few more links.  Some are obviously funnier than others, but overall they come up with some pretty good stuff.  I wonder if anyone has ever wanted to sue them for pulling one of these pranks on them!?!
