I am going to say xbox, just judging by their track record and the fact that Sony has had so much trouble during production of playstation3.

I'm thinking PS3 will still dominate the consoles, because it already left a mark with the PS1 and the PS2. XBOX360 isn't very far behind.

I think the PS3 will win, with Wii in second and XBox 360 in last. 360 came out first, and it seemed like a rushed project to me. Whereas the PS2 was dominant, so obviously it's dominance will continue on to it's sequel. The Wii is just new, innovative and unique... it's not as powerful, but it makes up for it with everything else.

The PS3 hasn't been released here yet (March release), so I think it'll leave a big dent on it's popularity. I have a strong feeling that the Wii will win, mainly because of it's unique controls.

I really think it is going to be Xbox. Microsoft seems to do very well in every market they jump into. Xbox 360 has the best of everything right now...and always has had the best in online playing.

Wii because it's something that hasn't been happening for a while and it is deffinetely something that can compete with Sony and Microsoft. You can even purchase games online with it. They have options of paddles and it gets in favor with parents because kids wont sit in front of the tv screen just moving fingers they'll actually move their arms. It's more group oriented now and something to make the everyday gamer feel challenged by. The Zelda is a classic and the fact that the paddle can now literally be a sword or bow gets everyone hyped. And it's cheaper than BOTH PS3 and Xbox

PS3 will surely take that battle as the previous ones took the share of the market away! It's very user-friendly and amazing!
LOL and over $600 USD to $1000 USD which is the price of a new computer or maybe even two at that lol. That's not even including good games. Or even another controller or memory card. I know ps2 games play on it and mem cards are accepted but what's the point of buying the new one when it plays on your old one and you cant afford the ps3 games yet lol.

No doubt in my mind, Nintendo Wii. It's cheap, easy accessible, and launched with a super-killer app, Twilight Princess. With Metroid Prime 3, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Super Paper Mario, and Super Mario Galaxy so close, it's going to be a bombardment of awesome. Also, many more developers are actively supporting Nintendo this time around, so there's more than Nintendo titles to anticipate.
Next up would be the 360, which has an alright lead, great games out and more on the way.
PS3 is the big loser with slow development, bad PR, bad marketing, and bad games. Resistance is a generic shooter with little going for it besides interesting weapons. Gears of War outclasses it in every way. Also, Sony's been losing developer support and exclusives like wildfire.

Sony has this ability to hitback to its opponents with performance. PS3 has a past reputation in the market and it might just pull out a great performance.

I honestly think Sony will scrap the PS3 before long. Right now they are taking a serious financial loss on every one they sell.
The Wii is great, and a step in the right direction, but I wonder if the world is ready for something so innovative.

I think the 360, it came out first so all the gamers got it. Wii also looks really cool.

I bought a Wii a few months ago and the first few days were good but after that...BORING...I sold it a couple of weeks ago and bought a xbox360 instead and it is great, the games look awesome are are lots of fun. The Wii games just looked dated (about 5 years ago), and although the motion sensing was cool at the start, when the games were crappy and did not look very good the novelty wore off fast.

Nintendo we'll win guys do not worry they are by far the best on market at the moment so i guess they will be the winners. Not only me but a lot of my friends have this opinion and we all have already switched to Nintendo. PS3 is crap and xbox is trivia; nothing special about them.
