Do you like fast food? Are you fond of pizzas? They say this stuff doesn't have fibres and so it's bad for digestion.

My opinion on fast food, is some of it is good. But really unhealthy. But the thing is that fast food is way cheaper to buy than healthy food. So every time you hear that Americans are over weight blame it on all the people controlling how much the health food is.
