Are you aware of a Squidoo lens?

Are you guys aware of  something on the internet called a squidoo lens? Funny name really... . I came across one such squidoo lens while reading a blog, and instantly decided to make one of my own. If you want me to tell you in words to describe what it really is, I might not be able to tell you...its too difficult to explain! But yeah, its something interactive, check it out yourself - my lens on filmmaking:

you even get to make money from it if someone buys stuff from your lens...

I also saw lots of stuff for sale and something like "Some Good Movies", "Music I like" etc. and didn't find anything about squido lense. Can you clear it mate?

Hmm, I think this is just blatent advertising, haha.
I see nothing about Squid lenses or whatever the heck this thread is chatting on about!

I am sorry for replying late. When you visit a blog, is it blatantly written that this is a blog?

Certainly not. This is what a squidoo lens is all about, you create a lens on ur favourite topic...it could be britney speras, harry potter, tennis...anything.

Then you add modules to it. Some of them are called money making modules such as ebay, amazon and netflix...you can select products to be put up for sale on this module.

If anyone buys from your module, then you are paid a certain percentage from it as commision (just like an affiliate program, but you do not have to sign up for any)

If no one buys stuff from your module, even then you earn by getting traffic to your lens since they are also monetized by adsense...and squidoo.com shares their adsense earning with you.

I hope a lot of things are clar to every one now.
