who would even add some milk to their tea? This is the most stupid thing that i have ever heard off.
It is normal that it will cancel the health effects of tea because combination of these two substances , and almost any 2 beneficial substances in general, is not always good for organism.

Hey,

It's NOT a new idea ... there are a lot of people who add milk to their tea .... people in the middle east, in countries like Pakistan, INDIA .... all the those people drink TEA with milk in it ... Coffee is NOT common there ... I'm an INDIAN, too... but I live in Canada and I don't really drink any coffee or tea

Hmm, interesting...I guess.

I don't really drink tea, however, I do put milk in my coffee.

I don't think it's that big of a problem; just a modern myth. People have been drinking milk forever...

I don't like mixing tea with milk but I like drinking them both separately.  It is great that this study has come out so people are now more aware.

People of lmost All countries which were under the British empire Drink Milk with tea. This has been done for more than 100 years so i don't think people would change their habits even its true. Also I don't think it can be worse than drinking coke.

What's being said is that tea without the milk is not taxing in terms of its calorie count.

You should not add milk or cream to tea  -- it's a very good drink, ... Of course, if you drink tea  with milk only for flavor and don't care about the health ...
